Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Slanger (Inner tubes) – Due to hygiene reasons and potential damage during installation attempts
- Styrfittingslejer (Steering fitting bearings) – Once installed, these components cannot be resold as new
- Any products that show signs of use, installation attempts, or damage
- Products not in their original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Use the template provided below.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Include the completed return form (we will email this to you) inside the package.
- Ship the package to our address: ROCKSHOX Salgsbutik, Adamsen Plads 81, Bække, DK 2186, Denmark.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchange Process
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model:
- Follow the same process as returns, but clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement product.
- If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
